Hello!

My name is Shaya but I prefer to go as Mio on the Internet,
I'm 19 years old, I'm a self-taught seamstress, designer, and artist.

I create weird clothes for the weird people.
I make a lot of my garments out of bedsheets and fabric scraps, I try to use all of my fabric scraps
and turn them into something new.

Every item is unique and made with lots of love and attention
in the country-side of Israel.

My inspirations

I'm most inspired by historical fashion and old paintings, old illustrated books that my mom collects,

garden fairies and strawberries, all things that make my inner child happy.

Mio’s dedication to zero-waste fashion shows in every stitch she makes. Her garments in turn carry an air of innocence and fantasy, completely in line with Miochi’s aspiration to create a safe space, one where childhood nostalgia and sustainability combine into a greater whole.
